72-Hour Processing
We ship most orders in 48 hours and all orders within 72 hours if
your merchandise is in stock. That means you will receive your
order within 7-10 business days of the time your order is received.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you and your
item will be backordered.
Methods of Shipping
Unless you request otherwise, we use standard ground delivery for
most shipments. For faster delivery, we suggest FedEx Overnight
Delivery at an additional charge.

Returns
To return all or part of your order, please call first with
information as to the nature of your return within 15 days
of receipt. Mailing instructions will be given at that time.
Per your instructions, returned items will be exchanged or the purchase
price will be refunded in full. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS
BACK C.O.D., THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Methods of Payment
The Calico Gator 2 accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal
checks or money orders and PAYPAL at cgator2@bellsouth.net .
Orders paid with personal checks will be held for 2 weeks to verify
payment. Please be sure to sign the order form. Your
order cannot be processed without a signature.
